Who we are
Yasu is made by RayLabs (raylabs.io) and published on the App Store by Arunavo Ray ("we" and "us"). These terms cover the Yasu app for iPhone and Apple Watch, its widgets and complications, and Yasu Pro. By using Yasu you agree to them.
Apple's terms apply too
You get Yasu from the App Store, so your licence to use it comes from Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add to it and explain Yasu Pro. If the two ever conflict, Apple's agreement wins.
What Yasu is, and what it is not
Yasu is for everyday well-being, not a medical device. Check with a doctor before any medical decision.
Yasu reads heart rate, heart rate variability, sleep and other data from Apple Health and shows how your body is doing against your own usual. It does not detect, treat or prevent any disease or condition, and it does not replace advice from a doctor.
Do not use Yasu to make decisions about medicine, treatment or your safety. If you feel unwell, or think you may have an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Yasu Pro
Yasu is free to download. Today, every alert and notice, Resets, check-ins, logging and the Watch app are free. Yasu Pro adds every earlier day, the rest of every page, Trends and Patterns, widgets and complications, and Check now. What is free and what is in Yasu Pro may change as Yasu changes.
Yasu Pro comes as:
- Yearly, a subscription that renews every year, with a 7-day free trial.
- Monthly, a subscription that renews every month.
- Family, a yearly subscription you can share with your family, with a 7-day free trial.
- Lifetime, a single purchase that never renews.
Prices are shown in the App Store, and in Yasu before you buy, in your local currency and including any tax your country adds. They can differ from country to country.
Payment, renewal and cancelling
- Every purchase is made through Apple and charged to your Apple Account. We never see your payment details.
- A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, at the price at that time, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Apple charges your Apple Account in the 24 hours before the period ends.
- To cancel, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Yasu Pro. You can also get there from Manage subscription in Yasu's Settings. You keep Yasu Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
- Deleting Yasu does not cancel a subscription.
- You can change plans in the same place. Moving to Family starts at once, and Apple refunds the unused part of your old plan. Moving between Yearly and Monthly starts at your next renewal.
- If a price goes up, Apple tells you first, and asks for your agreement where its rules or the law require it.
The free trial
- Yearly and Family start with 7 days free, if your Apple Account has not had a free trial of Yasu Pro before. Apple decides who can take one.
- If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and Apple charges the yearly price.
- If you allow notifications, Yasu reminds you 2 days before the trial ends.
- Monthly and Lifetime have no free trial.
Lifetime
Lifetime is a one-time purchase. It never renews and gives you Yasu Pro for as long as Yasu is offered. Buying Lifetime does not cancel a subscription you already have, so cancel that in Settings as above.
Family Sharing
Family and Lifetime can be shared, at no extra cost, with up to five other people in your Apple Family Sharing group. Yearly and Monthly are for one person.
Each family member gets Yasu Pro on their own devices, and each person's health data stays on their own devices. Nobody in the family can see anyone else's readings. If someone leaves the group, or the purchase is refunded, their Yasu Pro through it ends.
Restoring and refunds
Yasu Pro follows your Apple Account. On a new iPhone, or after reinstalling Yasu, tap Restore purchases in Yasu's Settings or on the Yasu Pro screen.
Apple handles refunds under its own rules, and we cannot issue them ourselves. To ask for one, go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your data
Your health data stays on your iPhone and Apple Watch. The Privacy Policy says what Yasu reads, what it saves, and what it sends.
Using Yasu fairly
Please do not copy, resell, change or take apart Yasu, or use it in a way that breaks the law or harms anyone. The app, its character, its words and its design belong to RayLabs.
Changes
We may update Yasu, change or remove features, or stop offering it. If we change these terms, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
Our responsibility
Yasu is provided as it is and as available. As far as the law allows, we make no promises beyond these terms and Apple's agreement, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits any right you have under the law of your country that cannot be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. If the consumer law where you live gives you rights these terms cannot take away, you keep them.
